Terms and conditions

Payment Terms

• Full payment on departure is required
• All major credit cards are accepted
• Internet banking preferred, with proof of payment

Deposits

• 100% deposit when making a reservation for one night
• 50% of total accommodation charge will confirm your booking
• Deposits are payable within 7 days of making reservations

Confirmations

• Credit card details to be confirmed in writing
• A copy of the bank deposit slip to be faxed, sms or mailed to 3 Flavours Guest House as confirmation

Cancellations made

• more than 4 months prior to arrival will receive a 75% refund on the deposit
• more than 2 months and less than 4 months prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund on the deposit
• less than 2 months prior to arrival will receive a 0% refund on the deposit
• In the event of premature departure, the full extent of the stay as originally booked and confirmed, will be charged

Children Policy

• Children are welcome, subject to under direct supervision of parents

Smoking Policy

• Please note that smoking is only allowed OUTDOORS.
